This has got to be my favourite place in the whole world. Byron Bay. The place where I met and married the man of my dreams. I would love to live here one day and share this beautiful spot with my own family. But for now, I will continue to make excuses to visit this gorgeous beach town on long weekends.
And while I'm there on my next visit, I will take Sibella Court with me... Well, the next best thing. A stylist's guide to... Byron Bay.
Sibella Court is one of Australia's loved stylists and without a doubt, my favourite. I am inspired by everything she touches. Sibella is a globetrotter and a regular visitor of Byron Bay. So naturally, the best person to create this guide! She shares with us so many great finds in the area, but here are my top picks from Sibella's selection, for a perfect weekend in Byron Bay:
1. If only every morning could begin with a great cup of coffee and locally sourced ingredients for a delicious breakfast at Harvest Cafe. Oh, and on your way out, duck into their bakery and pick up a fresh dense fruit & nut loaf. Divine.
2. Fill your home with creative art and hand made objects sourced from Australian artists at Ahoy Trader. Only recently opened in 2013, the owner Jai Vasicek has become a staple in many modern interiors in Australia, especially his iconic hand-painted crosses. Colour, pattern and beach side living make up the essential ingredients of this vibrant store.
3. For a good night's rest in town, you can't go past the chic style of Atlantic. A popular spot for its casual, clean interior design with a beach boho feel. It's no wonder this place has been all over design blogs this past year.
