SbyD Project: Beaumaris I, Part 1.

Exciting news to share with you today!

A couple of weeks ago, I held a photo shoot with my stylist Caroline Gent and photographer Anthony Basheer at a recently completed project in bayside, Melbourne. And I want to share with you my portfolio images.

This was a really fun project! And my clients were sooooo lovely to work with. These images represent just a few of the downstairs living and dining areas where I was called upon to assist with the home's finishes, layout and furnishings.  Later this week, I have a few more images to share with you, including some of the master bedroom!

I really love the clean, simple colour palette used throughout this home. It gives our clients the opportunity to change up their interior over time as their tastes and style evolve.

And what about the beautiful natural light that streams through the home's large expansive windows?  The serene colour palette of white, black and grey are so receptive to this light! And the subtle introduction of colour found in the accessories compliments this relaxed and welcoming mood offered by the natural light and open spaces.

The black accents used throughout add an air of sophistication to the interior and the pop of greenery gives the spaces a touch of cosiness.

But I'd love to hear your thoughts! What do you think?

A very big thank you to the following contributors for assisting in the photo shoot:

See you during the week!

PS: For those of you who have subscribed to the blog via email, firstly, thank you, and secondly, apologies for the messy email you received last week! Just working through a few changes with a new service provider so hopefully you have received this one in a more prettier format. Thanks for your support.
