Without possessing the more traditional furnishings of a Scandinavian home, this quaint country cottage located in the coastal town of Karlshamn, Sweden, is full of little treasures, cosy corners and relaxed interiors to spend your summer days.
Owned by a journalist from Los Angeles and her family, the cottage was renovated and brought to life with pieces collected and sourced from the USA. This home's characteristics are infused with french provincial features and furnishings, while still retaining the natural, light filled spaces so familiar to the Nordic region. Reflecting a more relaxed, coastal look with rustic & weathered timber pieces, soft linens and a light, neutral palette, this summer haven has now become a permanent residence for the family.
